SHADY LANE COMMUNITY, INC. AND WILLOW RUN, INC. CREDIT APPLICATION

Occupants are limited to four, unless Landlord specifically approves additional occupants in writing.
A security deposit is required for all lots. the security deposit amount is equal to one month's lot rent before any STAR reduction.
There is a $25 annual registration fee to have a dog, as well as an additional $15 per month fee charged. 
This application must be completed in full and submitted. Applicants will receive a notice within 2 weeks. The applicant will be the primary tenant and will be the person responsible for paying the lot rent. By signing this form, you will authorize Willow Run, Inc. and/or Shady Lane Community, Inc. to make whatever credit inquiry deemed necessary to provide financial security.
Willow Run, Inc. and Shady Lane, Inc. will not ask for any information nor deny any application due to any past or pending tenant-landlord action or summary proceeding under article seven of the real property actions and proceedings law.
Willow Run, Inc. and Shady Lane Community, Inc. have not imposed a fee for this credit inquiry.
